Prices for end-of-lease cleaning

2X1 = $400 (4 hours)

3X1 = $500 (5 hours)

3X2 = $600 (6 hours)

4X2 = $700 (7 hours)

* These prices are for a team of two people with their own equipment and products

** If the house is in a poor condition additional time may be required

Prices for packages and window cleaning

Oven+grill cleaning = $180

Oven+5 windows = $150

Oven+Stove top = $170

Oven+Rangehood =$180

10 Windows+Blinds (wooden) = $300

10 Windows+Blinds (steel) = $400

Window cleaning is $50 per hour per cleaner

Avarage prices for 2X1 (no more than 10 windows - $150)

for 3X1 (no more than 12 windows - $180)

for 3X2 (no more than 15 windows - $200)

for 4X2 (no more than 20 windows - $350)

*please note - for 2 storey house you need to get the quote
